We have used K&S for various things after having purchased an older home here in Rochester. Our first experience with them was having a new hot water heater installed – good price, great service. Then we bought a refrigerator from Costco – and it was installed by the same plumber who installed our hot water heater! So obviously Costco likes them, too. Today, Troy inspected our heating and air system – again, an outstanding job. We could not be more satisfied with the company and its employees (and have more projects pending for the near future)!
